By using WalkTalking ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WalkTalking provides an embeddable voice commenting widget for websites. The Service includes voice recording, AI transcription, summarization, and engagement features.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Post harmful, threatening, abusive, or illegal content
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Upload malware, spam, or malicious content
Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Service
Use the Service to violate any applicable law
Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service
Use the Service for unsolicited commercial communication

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of voice comments you submit. By posting, you grant WalkTalking a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, transcribe, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5. AI Processing

Voice comments may be processed by AI systems for transcription, summarization, and question-answering. By using the Service, you consent to this processing. AI-generated content may not be fully accurate.

6. Site Owner Responsibilities

If you embed WalkTalking on your website, you are responsible for:

Informing your visitors about the voice commenting feature
Ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction
Moderating content posted through the widget on your site
Including appropriate privacy disclosures on your website

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

WalkTalking is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
